Job Description
Experienced Landscape Crew Leader (Hardscape & Softscape) MTH Landscaping, Inc. is growing, and we're looking for experienced Landscape Crew Leaders to join our team. We have a great group of team members and apprentices already in place. What we need now are strong leaders with real-world experience who can take charge of projects, train team members, and help us continue delivering high-quality work for our clients. We're hiring experienced crew leaders with backgrounds in: Hardscape installation (paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces) Softscape installation (planting, grading, landscape renovations, mulch, seeding, sod, etc.) Residential and commercial landscape construction Requirements 2 Years of previous experience leading landscape installation crews Valid driver's license (required) Skid steer operating experience (required) Excavator operating experience (required) Ability to read plans and lay out projects Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, hardworking, and professional What You'll Do Lead a crew on commercial and residential landscape installation projects Coordinate daily work activities and maintain production goals Train and mentor crew members Operate equipment safely and efficiently Ensure projects are completed to MTH Landscaping quality standards Communicate with management regarding project progress and needs Pay & Benefits $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience Full-time employment Overtime opportunities Health insurance contribution IRA retirement plan with company match Paid vacation Modern equipment and growing company Year-round employment opportunities including snow removal Why MTH Landscaping?
