• Work around people who genuinely enjoy powersports, lake life, and the sandbar lifestyle What You'll Do Lead and support a team of 4-5 technicians and service staff Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and service efficiency Oversee work orders from write-up to completion with accuracy and accountability Communicate with customers on estimates, timelines, and service updates Review and approve repair estimates and ensure jobs stay on track Handle warranty claims and coordinate with manufacturers Jump in hands-on when needed—diagnostics, repairs, repowers, and refurbishments Coordinate seasonal service, storage, and unit logistics Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency Develop your team through training, coaching, and performance reviews What We're Looking For Experience in powersports, marine, or related service management Strong mechanical understanding of engines, diagnostics, and repair processes Organized, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A leader who leads by example and earns respect from their team Strong communication skills with customers and internal staff Experience with dealership or service management software is a plus Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits $47,000•$80,000+ per year (performance-based pay plan) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Employee Discount Life Insurance The Opportunity This isn't just a job managing tickets and schedules.
