This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the upkeep and continuous improvement of plant facilities, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, technical expertise, and a passion for ensuring operational excellence. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant facility while coordinating maintenance activities across various departments. This temporary position is perfect for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced industrial setting. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective execution of all maintenance activities Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to optimize equipment uptime Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring safety standards are met Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools, then coordinate repairs or replacements Manage facilities management tasks such as HVAC systems, building infrastructure, and safety compliance Plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, or process enhancements with strong project management skills Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations related to industrial maintenance and electrical work Skills Proven management experience with the ability to lead and supervise diverse teams effectively Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in industrial settings Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics for troubleshooting automation systems Experience with CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking work orders Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management, and industrial safety standards Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters for electrical troubleshooting Project management experience to oversee maintenance projects from planning through execution High voltage and low voltage electrical experience with safety certifications preferred Join us as we drive innovation in the automotive industry by maintaining world-class manufacturing facilities.
