As a Group Leader 4, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Flint, MI What's the Job? Manage and optimize the use of personnel, materials, and equipment to meet production goals. Participate in training, developing, and evaluating hourly team members to foster a high-performance work environment. Lead Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) processes and support launch and pilot activities in assigned areas. Ensure production costs, schedules, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Promote safe work practices, ergonomics, health, safety, and housekeeping to maintain a safe working environment. What's Needed? Experience in manufacturing or supply chain leadership roles. Strong understanding of quality standards and continuous improvement processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations. What's in it for me?
