Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, supporting our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting. Whether performing routine inspections or troubleshooting complex systems, your contributions will keep our operations running seamlessly. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prevent potential issues Perform electrical repairs, including troubleshooting circuits using schematics and ohmmeters to ensure safety and functionality Execute mechanical repairs such as welding, plumbing, and equipment servicing to maintain optimal performance Manage facilities maintenance tasks including residential painting, HVAC checks, and general repairs Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to schedule work orders, document repairs, and track maintenance history Read and interpret schematics for electrical and mechanical systems to facilitate accurate repairs and upgrades Supervise or assist with maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally Lead or support team members in maintenance activities, demonstrating leadership qualities and supervising experience when applicable Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential settings Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Skilled in welding techniques and using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and CMMS software for effective maintenance management Experience in residential painting or general building upkeep is a plus Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance environment Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks effectively and ensure safety standards are met Join us as part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
