We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our Grand Rapids service team. This position is Monday - Friday approximately 7am - 4pm.

Responsibilities :

Schedule and oversee service department team which includes administrative duties, job scheduling, employee performance reviews, ensuring the shop operations are running smoothly, and other day-to-day tasks Handle customer service interactions and reports Maintain service department profitability at a minimum of 15% Sell service labor to maintain labor sales growth Manage and control department spending Quote repairs for customers and internal departments Manage work orders and follow up on job status as necessary Participate in branch meetings Meet with manufacturer representatives as needed Work with the AIS sales team on machine preps/demos Perform final inspections on equipment prior to delivery Follow and enforce all

AIS Safety Policies Requirements :

18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background/credit check and drug screening High school diploma required; 2- to 4-year degree preferred Heavy equipment knowledge/experience Experience in management Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team Positive, enthusiastic individual with superior customer service skills Ability to problem solve and think outside the box

Salary/Additional Benefits :

Base + commission = $70,000 to $100,000
