This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company qualitystandards. Key responsibilities include leadership, scheduling, route planning, quality control, and driving daily productivity. Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, and basic property upkeep) are essential. Experience with small landscape projects is a plus but not required. During the season, this role is responsible for daly crew dispatch (starting around 7 a.m.) and supporting crews throughout the day. In the winter, responsibilities shift to overseeing snow operations within an assigned area, including team performance and service execution.
