Supervise, train, and perform hands on cleaning duties with staff to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety and cleaning protocols. Ability to use an auto scrubber & backpack vacuum daily Conduct regular inspections of work areas and provide feedback to staff. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained in good working condition. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility. Address and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly and effectively. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals. This position may require working weekends and/or holidays depending on facility needs. The role may involve exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and other environmental factors. Other duties as assigned This position requires safety shoes/steel toe boots
