ND SHIFT Job Summary:

Provide support to Tool Room by performing utility tasks.

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience/training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent analytic and communication skills Must be able to work in a team environment Must have a good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements Knowledge of

ISO 9001/IATF 16949

Essential Functions:

Ensure continuous efficiency of production processes through performance of utility tasks, including adjusting sensors, performing electrode changes, and additional minor maintenance tasks Communicate with robotic weld technicians to address larger maintenance issues Perform any duties required for changeover Seek ways to reduce waste, manufacturing byproducts, and hazardous raw materials Seek corrective actions for maintenance issues Assist Maintenance Department with PM's, 5S, and other tasks as needed Make recommendations on any improvement that will enhance production operations, employee health and safety, process improvements, and cost effectiveness Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies Perform special projects and assignments at the request of the Maintenance Supervisor Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Weld Assembly Supervisor Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the
