Maintenance Department Leaders play an important role in helping BBU bake with world-class practices, win as one team, and grow our people.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial and reliability health of the maintenance department, including creating and maintaining annual budgets.
Lead the growth and development of Team Leaders and Associates.

Partner with Business Unit leadership, bakery leadership team, and cross-functional teams to identify and implement profit-driving strategies and programs.

This role has overall responsibility for achievement of Operations Excellence standards in their department. The candidate must be able to travel for meetings, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), benchmarking, etc., with an average of 10-15% of their time allocated for this purpose. They will have knowledge of safety and environmental-related concepts, including compliance with State, Federal, and Local regulations.
