This is a temp opportunity on day shift, offering immediate placement in a high-volume manufacturing environment where your leadership directly impacts uptime and production flow. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Champion a plant-wide safety culture and enforce workplace policiesLead and coach skilled trades and maintenance teams on asset management, including MTTR, MTBF, preventative maintenance, and condition-based monitoringLeverage machine monitoring tools to identify system constraints and reduce production interruptionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and managementAdminister the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) consistentlyEvaluate team member performance and drive continuous improvement What You Bring (Requirements and Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree a plus1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Fundamental knowledge of PLC logic and controls; mechanical aptitudeAbility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekendsSix Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferredPrior experience managing a unionized workforce a plus Benefits Competitive weekly payWeekly direct depositMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceOptional 401(k) Step into a role where your expertise keeps production moving.
