Job Summary/Goals:

The role of the Lab Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of critical Lab equipment and Facility infrastructure. The Lab Maintenance Supervisor must lead Skilled Tradesmen, and OEM Service Providers to provide high-level service delivery to optimize the Total Productive Maintenance process. Must lead your team to perform Preventative Maintenance, reactive work order, and minor project tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior supervisor and maintenance background in a represented worker environment.

The Lab Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager of the Lab Maintenance Department.

Experience & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 5 years hands-on industry experience required Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly. Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access) Strong time management skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment Must have basic knowledge of building systems including but not limited to General building

HVAC Motor & Pump Systems Piping Systems Electrical Systems General Building Repair Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen to optimize maintenance capabilities through skills development, tools and technology Manage Vendor support for OEM and other outside service providers, remaining compliant with GM Management of Change (MOC), and Safety Contract Management (SCM) processes Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical control systems on critical equipment Deliver Continuous Improvement on Total Productive Maintenance Metrics Provide daily Fast Response reporting for customer disruptions Support Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) and Business Plan Development (BPD) processes Support Interruption Process to conduct weekend and holiday shutdown planning through collaboration with Department Leads and Plant Engineering Operate managed labor following the current
