Maintenance Director

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both electrical and industrial maintenance. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems, while also fostering a safe working environment for all employees. Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment uptime and reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities. Train team members on the proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules. Qualifications Proven experience in healthcare maintenance management or a similar role. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train team members on safety and disaster protocols. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
