Job Description

Country Estates Manufactured Home Community is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Lead who takes pride in quality work and enjoys keeping a community running at its best. If you're experienced in general maintenance, enjoy solving problems, and are ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations, we'd love to meet you. You don't need fancy licenses or certifications, just honesty, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and lead by example. This position is located in Northville, MI . Why Join Our Team?
Starting pay:
$20.00/hour based on experience and skills Quarterly bonus potential up to $200 11 paid holidays Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance options with employer contribution Winter clothing & boot allowance Tools provided What You'll Do As the Maintenance Lead, you'll help keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained by: Leading day-to-day maintenance operations throughout the community Completing work orders efficiently and professionally, including: Light plumbing Basic electrical HVAC troubleshooting Carpentry repairs Preparing rental homes for new residents, including but not limited to: Painting Cleaning General repairs and refurbishing Coordinating with outside vendors and ensuring quality work Maintaining community amenities and common areas, including grounds and pool areas Assisting with after-hours emergency maintenance coverage as needed Promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction Keeping work areas organized, clean, and professional What We're Looking For Honest, dependable, and motivated to learn Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance At least 6 months of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade preferred Ability to work independently and lead or assist other maintenance team members Respect for company equipment, tools, and supplies A positive attitude and commitment to providing residents with a great community experience Ability to pass: Pre-employment drug screening Background check Driving record check If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that values hard work, reliability, and pride in the community, apply today.
