Engaging team events and social activities What the ideal candidate will do: Manage daily service and parts operations. Resolve customer issues and ensure timely support. Supervise technicians and parts staff. Review work orders, reports, and expenses. Train team and improve service processes. Build customer relationships and drive service growth. Must be a U.S. Person. Associate's degree in engineering or related technical field required; Bachelor's preferred. 5+ years of experience in service, manufacturing, or technical environments (automotive preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Experience with manufacturing equipment or machinery. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of service operations (work orders, scheduling, parts coordination). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally.
