Job Description
In this position... Ford Motor Company is seeking a visionary and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our newly restructured maintenance organization. This is a pivotal leadership role designed to transform our maintenance operations by driving the Ford Maintenance Operating System (MOS) and Lean Maturity in Maintenance to world-class levels. As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead our maintenance organization and will be the primary architect of maintenance excellence, ensuring our equipment reliability supports the high-speed demands of our manufacturing environment.
