We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-Site Supervisor to take on a hands-on leadership role, working directly alongside our team in day-to-day operations. As a supervisor, you will lead by example, actively engaging with the team on the ground, ensuring workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced position that requires being physically present and directly involved in all aspects of the work. Your core skills in mechanical knowledge and schematics will be vital in diagnosing issues and performing repairs. Your premium skills in electrical experience and programmable logic controllers will enhance your ability to manage complex systems. Additionally, your relevant experience in plumbing and customer service will support our commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all. Join our team and contribute to the reliability of our operations. This is a Monday through Friday schedule, with a rotating on-call shared with other maintenance technicians. You will be joining a property management company that has been doing business in the Detroit area for over 40 years and growing. All of our management has been promoted from either the maintenance or leasing staff, which means if you are interested in a career instead of a job, there are opportunities for advancement. Compensation is based on your experience. Hourly rate includes quarterly renewal bonuses and annual reviews available. You must have a valid and current driver's license.
