Job Description

Overview Join our team as the Lead Maintenance Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in maintenance and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate maintenance for the apartment community ensuring timely repairs and preventative upkeep. Manage work orders utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System. Train and mentor maintenance on safety procedures, technical skills, and equipment operation as needed. Work with Vendors. Complete monthly paperwork. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Rotating On call for emergencies is required.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
