Friendly Chevrolet is seeking a self-motivated and high-performing individual fit for the position of Service Drive Manager. The candidate should have strong verbal communication skills, enthusiasm, and extraordinary customer service skills. They manage service greeters, valets, and advisors to ensure prompt customer greetings, efficient vehicle drop-offs, and exceptional service experiences
Core Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Hire, train, schedule, and mentor Service Advisors, greeters, and lot valets.
Customer Experience:
Greet customers during peak times, resolve customer complaints, and follow up to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Workflow Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the customer, Service Manager, and technicians. Monitor repair orders to prevent operational delays.
Sales & Performance:
Track key performance indicators, drive departmental revenue, and review sales performance.
Compliance:
Ensure safety, OSHA, and environmental regulations are followed.
Key Requirements Experience:
Typically, 2-3 years of automotive dealership experience, with prior supervisory or Service Advisor experience.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage varying schedules, including occasional weekends.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of automotive service operations, warranty processes, and dealership software.
