In this role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, to maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable facility. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about facilities management and industrial systems to make a significant impact. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, low voltage, and high voltage systems to ensure operational continuity. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools to maximize equipment uptime. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex industrial machinery using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within scope and safety standards. Lead and mentor a team of technicians and maintenance staff, fostering leadership skills and promoting safety awareness. Collaborate with production management to plan downtime for scheduled maintenance without disrupting manufacturing schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and industrial maintenance procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, electrical systems (including low voltage and high voltage), and HVAC systems. Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial automation controls. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
