Job Description

Provides general supervision of Street and Park Operators working in the Streets and Parks Division of Public Works including assigning and directing daily work, monitoring and evaluating employee performance, assist in the hiring of seasonal and full time employees. This position monitors and identifies maintenance needs with city streets and parks. Keeps the Streets and Parks Manager informed on maintenance activities. This position monitors road conditions during the winter months, calls in personnel for plowing and emergency situations.
