This role is vital to ensuring operational excellence, safety, and efficiency by leading a maintenance team, managing preventative and corrective maintenance programs, and optimizing facility performance. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a maintenance team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. Manage maintenance schedules using property management software to ensure timely execution of tasks. Order and maintain supply inventories Timely completion of resident maintenance requests and unit turn-overs. Maintain clean, organized, and efficient maintenance shops and facilities. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history for all sites.

We are looking for:

Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in apartment maintenance practices. Boiler operator's license, 2nd class or higher. Certified pool operator. Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, and building infrastructure maintenance. Excellent supervisory skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward continuous improvement. Fluency in English for clear communication within diverse teams. Pay:

$27.00 - $34.00 per hour
