OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate all maintenance activities across our facility. This role is critical in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing downtime and extending the life of our equipment and assets.

You'll serve as both a working leader and a strategic partner to operations-driving preventative maintenance programs, managing repairs, and leading a high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll DoSupervise and support maintenance personnel, assigning work and ensuring accountabilityPlan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repair activities across facilities, equipment, and yard operationsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues to minimize downtimeDevelop and manage a preventative maintenance programMaintain accurate records, work orders, and documentationCoordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and inspectionsManage maintenance supplies, parts inventory, and budget expectationsEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and OSHA regulationsPartner with operations leadership to align maintenance priorities with business needsMonitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or capital upgrades
What We're Looking ForEducation:
High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical or trade certification preferred (industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
Experience:
3-5 years of maintenance experience (industrial, manufacturing, construction, or similar)Leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience in building materials, yard operations, or manufacturing environments is a strong plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong mechanical, electrical, and facility systems knowledgeProven troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance activitiesStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesEffective communication and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate across departments and manage vendor relationships
Additional:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.

Work EnvironmentThis role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work in a fast-paced operational setting. The position requires standing, walking, and use of tools and equipment, with occasional lifting (up to 75 lbs) and exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and dust. PPE is required.
