What Success Looks Like:
- Own plant-level asset reliability strategy, ensuring high availability of critical production equipment.
- Lead reliability improvement initiatives targeting OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and schedule attainment.
- Implement disciplined maintenance planning and scheduling, coordinating closely with Production to optimize downtime.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians, electricians, contractors, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA, NFPA, and environmental requirements, with particular emphasis on LOTO, machine guarding, and combustible dust controls.
- Own the maintenance budget, balancing cost control with asset risk and uptime requirements.
- Provide maintenance and reliability leadership for the new equipment installations, line expansions, and automation projects.
Your Credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems within industrial manufacturing.
- Proven experience improving equipment uptime, OEE, and maintenance cost performance.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS implementation or optimization. Preferred
- Experience in cabinet, furniture, wood products, or panel processing manufacturing .
- Familiarity with CNC woodworking equipment, finishing systems, and dust collection.
- TPM, CMRP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications.
- Experience leading multi-site reliability initiatives.
Salary:
$105K- $125K annually, with bonus potential.
