What you will do:
The Maintenance Supervisor will develop, evaluate, and improve maintenance methods and processes for the purpose of minimizing unplanned maintenance activities.
How you will do it:
  • Lead Maintenance Technician I & II's with training and job assignments 30%
  • Continuously improve current methods using knowledge of Total Preventative Maintenance 30%
  • Provide technical know-how to troubleshoot problems for emergency maintenance activities which include electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs 10%
  • Initiate and lead capital equipment projects 5%
  • Maintain and improve Computerized Maintenance Management Software 10%
  • Conceive methods and processes to improve all maintenance procedures in the safest manner, at the desired quality standards, and at the lowest cost to meet projected demand in a timely manner 10%
  • Ensure high 5S standards are being implemented and sustained 5%
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following fields of study: Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience supporting assembly operations inclusive of experience in process development documentation, time standards, workflow analysis, ergonomics, work fixture design, and continuous improvement OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with use of computer and software applications including MS Office products and AutoCAD.
  • Total Preventive Maintenance knowledge
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing and be able to read and write business policies, procedures, general business periodicals, manuals, part drawings and other correspondence.
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills.
Salary Hiring Range:
$68,000 - $93,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
