Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
Five or more years of semi-skilled or higher level of experience relevant/similar to the listed job functions that includes a minimum of one year at a supervisory level. Responsibilities - What you'll do This is an administrator position in charge of a facility infrastructure which includes planning, coordinating, estimating, and scheduling of facility operations and oversight of maintenance, alteration or renovation projects.
Duties will include:
Management of facility maintenance budget, estimation of project cost and scope Development of facilities management policies and procedures, including facility systems preventive maintenance schedules Projection of future needs of facilities systems and structural maintenance. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, planning and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen. In addition to those identified in the previous levels, the employee should have knowledge of budgeting and contract management, knowledge of project management techniques and methods, skill in reviewing potential resolutions to issues and considering relative costs and benefits to discern appropriate action, ability to develop short and long-range plans to meet objectives and goals, ability to evaluate processes and make recommendations, and ability to manage staff and multiple projects.

$67,456.80 per year
