High-Volume Automotive Service Manager | Leadership Opportunity | Top Compensation Clement Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Florissant is searching for a proven dealership Service Manager to lead a high-volume service operation. A well-established, customer-focused automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our service department. This opportunity is designed for a performance-driven leader who understands how to run an efficient shop, develop strong teams, and drive results. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the department and understands how to balance technician productivity, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. Compensation $120,000 - $180,000+ annually (Base salary plus performance incentives) Compensation is structured to reward strong leadership, operational performance, and department growth. Top performers in this role are expected to earn at the upper end of the range through department results.
