Job Description:
This position is responsible forperforming routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections to ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational. Duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks, as well as responding promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance needs. The Maintenance Director plays a key role in maintaining a comfortable and compliant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. maintaining the facility and coordinating maintenance assistants.
