Full Job Description Pay:
Up to $23/hr Based On Experience We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents' needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence. We are currently seeking a FT Maintenance Director.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee the department and lead a team of employees Utilize management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility with life safety knowledge Apply general knowledge of heating and air-conditioning Perform basic construction and repair tasks Conduct electrical wiring and repair work Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
Requirements:
This "hands-on" position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a long term care facility and life safety
