Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in general maintenance with a solid background in supervisory skills. The Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of the Lodge, Restaurant, Kitchen, and catering spaces related to the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment. Other important qualities necessary for this position include: Engaging with and taking an active part in the professional development of student workers Working as a team Good communication skills Positive attitude Ensuring a positive guest experience College of the Ozarks is a small (1500 students) liberal arts, work-study college with a commitment to Christian faith and service. The successful candidate will support the Academic, Vocational, Christian, Cultural, and Patriotic mission pillars of the College.
