Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of our facility. Reporting directly to the Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance to uphold regulatory standards and provide a superior environment for our residents and staff. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the building, interior, and grounds to exceptional standards of appearance and functionality. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations pertaining to maintenance and safety. Collaborate with the regional team and Administrator to implement best practices and optimize facility operations. Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks effectively to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a maintenance role within the healthcare sector, particularly in skilled nursing facilities. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations related to building maintenance and safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels. Commitment to providing outstanding service and support to residents and staff alike.
