Lead Maintenance Technician

As a member of the community's maintenance team, you will ensure that everything from curb-appeal and building systems PM, to in-unit apartment maintenance meets the highest standards. Qualified candidates will possess the ability to deliver: Positive and professional curb appeal Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC Systems Ability to track and complete preventive maintenance for in-unit and building systems Diagnose, perform and/or oversee major, minor and routine maintenance/repairs Deliver unit turns timely and complete Work within budget limits established Maintain building inventory for cost effective operation Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors Obtain bids and negotiate with vendors and contractors Participate in 24-Hour emergency maintenance rotation Maintain curb appeal at all times Ensure safety standards are implemented at all times All other duties as assigned Requirements -

Education and Experience:

HVAC certification required. 5+ years' experience in apartment, hotel or hospital maintenance or related field. Self-starter who is organized and efficient Strong customer service skills Knowledge and possession of small power and hand tools Frequent need to lift/carry 75+ lbs.

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
