Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive mechanical knowledge, and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage facilities maintenance teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain optimal functioning of complex mechanical and electrical systems. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Lead and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including HVAC system repair and HVAC system schematics interpretation. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs related to mechanical systems, electrical wiring (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and safety regulations compliance. Utilize Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate records. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards to promote a safe environment for staff and residents. Use engineering troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues efficiently using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics for electrical or mechanical problems. Skills Proven management experience in industrial or healthcare facility maintenance with a focus on supervising teams. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems—including high voltage—and plumbing system maintenance. Strong understanding of HVAC systems repair procedures and schematics interpretation. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for effective maintenance management. Ability to troubleshoot engineering problems using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters effectively. Solid understanding of safety regulations relevant to industrial maintenance environments. Leadership skills necessary for managing facilities maintenance teams while fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. Mechanical knowledge combined with project management capabilities to oversee complex repair projects within manufacturing or healthcare settings.
