Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and reliability of our manufacturing environment. In this energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems. Your leadership will drive proactive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Hotel Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities Perform general hotel maintenance and repair work throughout the property.
Additional Duties:
Perform other maintenance and property-related tasks as assigned by management to ensure the hotel remains safe, clean, and fully operational. Shampoo and clean carpets in guestrooms, hallways, and public areas as needed. Remove trash and debris from hotel premises and maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior areas. Inspect, clean, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on guestroom and common-area air conditioning (AC/PTAC) units. Clean, repair, and replace bathroom exhaust fans and related ventilation equipment. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs. Replace light bulbs, filters, batteries, and other routine maintenance items. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and work orders. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of guestrooms and public areas. Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with hotel safety standards. Assist with room renovations, furniture repairs, and equipment installation as required. Support upkeep of parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and other exterior property areas.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
