Coming soon…Student Loan Reimbursement assistance About the Job This role leads maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Plan and execute routine and shutdown maintenance to ensure timely, high-quality work Analyze equipment failures and lead root cause investigations to prevent recurrence Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime Partner with reliability teams to improve performance using data (e.g., vibration, thermography, oil analysis) Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and support capital improvement projects Track and report KPIs, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (including MSHA) Lead, develop, and support maintenance teams to drive productivity, quality, and engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5+ years of maintenance management experience 10+ years of experience, preferably in high-heat industrial processing environments (e.g., minerals or chemicals) Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both hourly and salaried employees in a union environment Proven ability to balance safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and employee relations Experience with maintenance systems (EAM/CMMS), Microsoft Office, and technical documentation (e.g., schematics, drawings) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to plan strategically, develop teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives The Fine Print Benefits and perquisites may vary based on the nature and location of each job.
