Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Building Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across various building systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting that values quality workmanship and customer service. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components to identify potential issues early. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as residential painting, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal operation of facilities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service to building occupants. Support manufacturing or residential environments by maintaining equipment reliability and safety protocols. Lead or assist in supervising maintenance staff or contractors when necessary to complete projects efficiently. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or similar settings with a focus on building systems repair and upkeep. Supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance team is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
