Responsibilities:
What your day might look like:- You will be responsible for all maintenance aspects on the property.
- Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties
- Install, repair, appliances and HVAC (certifications required)
- Participate in the overall upkeep of the community as well as conducting regular preventative maintenance in units.
