Job Description
Landscape Maintenance Supervisor Pay based on experience Full-time About Us A high-end, full-service landscape company in the St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead residential property maintenance, with a focus on plant care, seasonal enhancements, and overall landscape health. This role blends hands-on fieldwork with team leadership and client communication. About The Role Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead, train, and support maintenance crews to deliver high-quality landscape care Oversee all aspects of residential property maintenance, including: Seasonal plantings, pruning, and bed care Annual flower design and installation Ongoing plant health monitoring Conduct routine site visits to ensure work meets quality and service standards Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive service Coordinate with other areas of the company to support smooth project implementation Monitor materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality Identify and resolve plant health issues, including pests and disease Additional Skills While not required, the following experience is a plus: Lawn and turf care experience Landscape design experience Qualifications 5+ years of experience in landscape or residential property maintenance, including leadership experience Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and seasonal plantings Understanding of plant health care and garden maintenance practices Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality, professionalism, and teamwork Valid chauffeur's driver's license required Pesticide applicator license preferred Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field preferred Spanish language skills are a plus Why Us We offer: Competitive pay Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan with company match Employee discounts Opportunities for growth
