Maintenance Supervisor

A growing and well-established food manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its production facility near Jackson, Mississippi . This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, driving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires flexibility to work either day shift or night shift , depending on operational needs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in a high-volume manufacturing environment Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and safe operation of production machinery Coordinate maintenance activities with production leadership to minimize downtime Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the facility Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and company maintenance standards Qualifications Manufacturing maintenance experience required Food or meat processing experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience with industrial production equipment and maintenance programs Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
