Your Role:
As our Service Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled service advisors and technicians to ensure our customers receive top-notch care every time they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for department performance, customer satisfaction, and employee growth—all while maintaining a focus on profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all service department operations, staffing, and performance Lead and mentor service personnel to deliver outstanding customer service Monitor workflow and ensure timely and accurate service repairs Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings Create and manage departmental budgets, marketing initiatives, and growth goals Stay informed on latest vehicle technologies and service procedures
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Service Manager or in a senior service role Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent A strong desire to grow, lead, and make an impact Ready to Drive Your Career?
