Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This includes electrical repairs, customer service, and leadership.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Leadership abilities to supervise and train junior staff members
