Maintenance Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal performance of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a proven track record in hospitality maintenance management. This role requires effective leadership with the overall ability to oversee all hotel maintenance issues. It is mandatory to have reliable means of transportation and your own tools. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Conduct regular inspections of the property and all equipment used daily. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans. Complete work orders in a timely manner. Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support equipment repairs or modifications. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any facility-related issues. Requirements 2-5 years of work-related experience. HVAC Knowledge/Certification. Ability to complete all plumbing and electrical issues. Proficiency in ordering maintenance supplies from HD Supply. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate operational requirements.
