This role performs and coordinates complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and preventative maintenance activities while serving as a technical resource and mentor to maintenance technicians and production associates. The position supports troubleshooting, equipment repair, installations, continuous improvement initiatives, and preventative maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA, environmental, electrical, and company safety standards. Essential Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial production and facility equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and automated systems.
- Sustain production uptime by responding quickly to equipment failures and minimizing downtime through effective diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities including inspections, testing, lubrication, calibration, alignment, and equipment adjustments.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and test equipment including multimeters, amp meters, process instrumentation, and laptop-based systems.
- Support equipment rebuilds, overhauls, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, vendors, contractors, and other maintenance personnel.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians and production associates on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments.
- Maintain accurate work orders, preventative maintenance records, line checklists, inventory records, and shift reports.
- Monitor maintenance inventory and initiate procurement or repair actions for replacement parts and equipment.
- Support off-shift and weekend maintenance operations through on-call troubleshooting and emergency response as required.

- Electrical systems including 480V three-phase power, motors, drives, controls, and PLCs.
