Job Description
RSS Equipment is always interested in meeting motivated, dependable individuals who are interested in careers involving equipment manufacturing, assembly, service, and support. Our team works on a variety of pavement marking and roadway maintenance equipment, and opportunities may be available in areas such as: Equipment assembly Mechanical service and repair Welding and fabrication Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Electrical installation and troubleshooting Parts and inventory support Shop operations Equipment testing and quality control Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to safely use hand tools and shop equipment Valid driver's license preferred Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, construction, trucking, or related fields is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and working with tools Ability to work in a shop environment and occasionally outdoors What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan opportunities Training and career development opportunities RSS Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Employer
