We help busy families walk back into homes that feel peaceful, cared for, and reset. And we're building a team that actually cares about doing things WELL. As a Crew Chief, you'll: lead a small team throughout the day keep everyone moving efficiently maintain quality standards communicate with leadership solve problems on the fly help train newer team members make sure homes are left looking AMAZING We're probably NOT your people if you: hate feedback cut corners move painfully slow avoid responsibility bring drama everywhere you go think "good enough" is good enough But you WILL probably love it here if you: love staying busy enjoy leadership take pride in your work like seeing instant results from your effort want daytime hours only want to grow with a company instead of feeling stuck What you need: reliable transportation Valid drivers license strong work ethic positive attitude ability to move with urgency willingness to learn Cleaning experience Experience is great.
