On-Site Pay:
$26•30 per hour (based on experience) About Noble Properties Noble Properties is a locally owned multifamily owner-operator managing over 480 apartment homes throughout the Triangle. We are in a phase of growth and are seeking a dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. Position Overview This is a leadership-level maintenance role. The ideal candidate can operate independently, diagnose issues without supervision, and take ownership of property standards. This is not an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities Complete service requests in a timely manner Lead apartment turnovers Supervise vendors and contractors Maintain shop organization and inventory Participate in shared 24/7 on-call rotation Maintain curb appeal and overall property condition Qualifications 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to work independently without micromanagement Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 AM•5:00 PM On-call rotation required If you are looking for a stable, growth-oriented company with long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
