Full-time | Exempt About the Role Voltage is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee building infrastructure, manage contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with Production, Quality, EHS, and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted and safe facility operations. What You'll Do Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for facility infrastructure. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems. Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, including technicians and supervisors. Drive preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety and environmental regulations. Maintain LOTO procedures, SOPs, JSAs, and facility safety programs. Manage external contractors, service providers, and vendor relationships. Own maintenance budgets, spare parts management, and capital/outage planning. Respond to facility emergencies and support safe, continuous plant operations. Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and reliability initiatives. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED with 8-10+ years of facility or industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building safety systems. Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of
OSHA/EPA
regulations and electrical/machine safety standards. Proven leadership experience managing technicians or supervisors. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Why Join Us?
