Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, reliable Property Maintenance Specialist to support ongoing maintenance and unit turnovers and to join a company in managing a portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent work available. Responsibilities Perform general residential repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, HVAC) Complete unit turnovers including patching, painting, and appliance installs Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain quality workmanship and property standards Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on maintenance or skilled trade experience Strong knowledge of residential repair work Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage workload Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Structure $20-30 per hour depending on experience Potential for flat-rate or project-based work Ongoing work available Long-term opportunity Apply through Indeed and include: Years of experience Repair specialties Confirmation you have your own tools and transportation Your availability
