As our Multifamily Facilities Maintenance Lead, you set the standard for a well-run property and a great resident experience. What You'll Drive Hands-on leadership that models safety, quality, and professionalism—every day. Swift, accurate troubleshooting across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. Proactive upkeep through well-organized preventive maintenance and work order management. Responsive, solutions-focused service that strengthens resident relationships and vendor partnerships. Clear prioritization in a fast-moving environment while mentoring and supporting the maintenance team. Your Background Proven track record in multifamily property maintenance. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. HVAC certified with current EPA certification. Deep working knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Demonstrated skill in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently. Experience administering preventive maintenance programs and managing work orders. Excellent customer service and resident relations skills. Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach.
