Maintenance Supervisor Full-Time | Immediate Opportunity $3000

Your Role:
Maintenance Supervisor You'll work alongside the Property Manager to ensure that Glenn Haven looks sharp, runs smoothly, and keeps our residents happy. From service orders to team management to major repairs you'll be the operational heartbeat of the property. What You'll Be Responsible For Supervise and train maintenance techs on professionalism, customer service, and safety Schedule daily operations: service requests, pool maintenance, make-readies, and grounds care Inspect property for maintenance needs and assign personnel accordingly Walk units post-move-out and coordinate move-in prep with Property Manager Review and manage contract bids for property work Oversee inventory, equipment orders, and supply purchases Maintain
SDS/OSHA/EPA
compliance logs and key audits Respond to and schedule work orders with a 24-hour turnaround goal Communicate regularly with Property Manager about property status and team performance Provide support in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, roofing, pool, and appliance work Assist with landscaping and curb appeal Be the go-to for resident service issues and maintenance team leadership And… everything else that keeps things moving! Requirements:
What You Bring to the Team High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic tools and a commitment to doing things the right way CFC, CPO, or HVAC certifications preferred (but not required)
